Casino Terms and Conditions
This document outlines the agreement between players and King Billy Casino (owned by Dama N.V.), which is licensed and regulated by Curaçao Gaming Control Board. By registering and using our platform, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
General Provisions
Players must be of legal age (minimum 18 years) and legally permitted to gamble in their jurisdiction. The casino accepts various currencies including EUR, USD, ZAR, NOK, AUD, NZD, CAD, YEN, INR, PHP, BTC, ETH, LTC, and USDT. Players are responsible for all taxes applicable to their winnings according to local laws.
Account Management
Each player is permitted only one account registered in their legal name. Creating multiple accounts may result in termination of all accounts and cancellation of payouts. The casino reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and may require documentation including ID, payment information, and utility bills. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
Deposits and Withdrawals
The minimum deposit is €20 or equivalent (0.0002 BTC for cryptocurrencies). All deposits must be wagered at least three times before withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is €40 or equivalent, with a maximum of €4,000 per transaction and €40,000 per month. Withdrawal processing typically takes 0-24 hours, with bank transfers potentially taking up to 7 banking days.
Game Rules and Limitations
Maximum bets are limited to €1,000 for Table Games/Live Games and €50 for Slots. Game availability may vary by jurisdiction, and using VPN to bypass restrictions is prohibited. The casino is not liable for technical issues that may limit website access or interrupt gameplay.
Anti-Fraud Measures
The casino maintains a strict anti-fraud policy and may terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent actions including collusion, strategy manipulation, chargebacks, creating multiple accounts, or any criminal activities. The company reserves the right to inform regulatory bodies of fraudulent player actions and may withhold funds in cases of suspicious transactions.
Account Termination and Dormancy
The casino may close your account at its discretion without prior notice. Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be charged a monthly administrative fee of €25 or equivalent until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
In case of disputes, server logs and records shall be the final authority in determining outcomes. All disputes will be settled exclusively by arbitration in Cyprus in accordance with Cyprus Civil Procedure Rules.
